- In the new construction portal for rental projects and rental properties, an algorithm has been developed that can apply a virtual drawing based on a selection of registered candidates. VWOV has the right to exclude candidates from this drawing.
- The allocation of homes or apartments to interested parties is reserved for VWOV. Where possible, maximum consideration is given to your first preference.
- If multiple candidates have registered with a first preference for a specific building number, allocation is made by drawing lots to the most concrete candidate. We consider someone to be a concrete candidate if it appears from the registration data that the purchase is also actually possible (this may be evident from your income and/or asset information and/or a possible financial test).
- The final outcome of the drawing results in the allocation of a building number to a
candidate. There are no rental obligations attached. The candidate has the first right of purchase through the allocation.
